Event Refund & Substitution Policy

We understand that plans can change and appreciate your careful review of our refund and substitution guidelines.

Refunds

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the class or event.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 15–29 days prior to the class or event.

  • No refunds or cancellations will be accepted within 14 days of the class or event start date.

Substitutions

  • Participant substitutions are permitted for the same registered class only and must be completed prior to the close of registration.

  • A $35 substitution fee applies for substitutions made 15 days or more prior to the class.

  • A $50 substitution fee applies for substitutions made within 14 days of the class start or onsite.

Please note that registration fees cannot be transferred to a different class or event.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to cancel and/or attend the class or event will result in the full registration fee being charged.
