BOOTH COMPETITION: APWA Tailgate Social: Running Towards Stronger Communities
Calling all APWA OR Conference exhibitors! It’s time to get creative and deck out your booth for the competition based on the theme. Attendees will vote for their favorite booths, and the top three winners will score early registration for the 2027 Spring Conference in Bend, Oregon.
BOOTH RAFFLES
If you have a raffle at your booth, please hold your drawing during the scheduled raffle time. Reach out to your winner(s) to let them know it's time to claim their prize. Don’t forget to ask for names and phone numbers so you can contact them easily! We will not be lining up to announce the exhibitor raffle prizes.

Exhibitor Hall Floorplan - Exhibitors will have an opportunity to select from available booths upon completion of registration. Details will be in the confirmation email, please refresh your browser if you don't receive the confirmation email following your completed registration. Payment is not required to select your booth.

$925: 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, pipe & drape, and 2 representative credentials (early bird rate available through 08/17/2026)
